I received an email from a Dan, who works for the company that produces the Sugarloaf Crafts Festival. He asked if I would post something about The Sugarloaf Crafts Festival in Gaithersburg, MD, which will take place April 3-5 at the Montgomery County Fairgrounds. While I won’t be participating in this festival, I said that I would be happy to pass the word along. The show will feature 350 juried artisans working in pottery, sculpture, glass, jewelry, fashion, furniture and home accessories, items for the garden, and photography.
There will be a special children’s area, where kids can become a part of their favorite fantasy stories with interactive fairytales narrated by costumed storytellers from Middle Earth Studios. There will also be dozens of specialty gourmet foods available for sampling and purchasing along with a wide variety of other food choices.
The Sugarloaf Crafts Festival at the Montgomery County Fairgrounds in Gaithersburg, MD will be open on Friday, April 3 and Saturday, April 4 from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm; and Sunday, April 5 from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. Adult admission to the Sugarloaf Crafts Festival is $7 with an online ticket purchase, $8 at the door, and free for children under 12. Admission is good for all three days.
